COURSE DESCRIPTION:

  • Eight 2.5 hour sessions and one Saturday session

  • Participants receive 28 hours of group instruction, MBSR Workbook that includes: daily at-home practice guidelines, reflection journal, and mindfulness activities

  • Program fee: $495

  • Class size limited to 15
