Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is based upon the foundational work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, who has now gathered over 46 years of empirical data. The MBSR program is a way of dealing with stress and finding joy in your daily life. Through walking a mindful path, participants develop increased focus, find empowerment and stillness, and learn strategies for stress reduction. Using evidence-based research and a scientific framework, MBSR guides individuals with practical steps to engage in their health and lifelong wellness.
