Working Mindfulness provides powerful programs to enter into the mind and body's wisdom and stillness - a stillness already present beneath the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks on a daily basis.

 

MBSR course:

Each MBSR course consists of eight 2.5 hour sessions and one full-day Saturday session.
